The winner of the RIPE Labs article competition for RIPE 89 was Thomas Liske's excellent IXP-from-Scratch: Building a New IX.
The second prize went to Nitinder Mohan for his A Multifaceted Look at Starlink Performance - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
